The Crucial T705 1 TB (CT1000T705SSD5) is a high-speed NVMe SSD that brings Gen 5 performance to your system, with an integrated premium aluminum + copper heatsink for efficient thermal management. According to Crucial, it supports PCIe 5.0 ×4 and delivers sequential read speeds up to 13,600 MB/s and write speeds up to 10,200 MB/s.

It is built using Micron’s 232-layer 3D TLC NAND, delivering strong endurance and performance.  The endurance rating is 600 TBW, per Crucial’s datasheet.

The heatsink helps maintain stable performance under load by dissipating heat effectively.The drive uses the Phison PS5026-E26 controller (common for T705 series) to deliver high random IOPS — about 1,400,000 IOPS read and 1,750,000 IOPS write.
