The Crucial T705 4 TB (CT4000T705SSD5) is a flagship-class Gen 5 NVMe SSD designed for extreme performance. It uses a PCIe 5.0 ×4, NVMe 2.0 interface to deliver blazing sequential read speeds of up to 14,100 MB/s and write speeds of 12,600 MB/s.

Built on Micron’s 232-layer 3D TLC NAND, the drive delivers high capacity and strong endurance. The endurance is rated at 2,400 TBW, making this unit suitable for heavy workloads and large-scale data tasks.

This model comes with a premium aluminum + copper heatsink to help dissipate heat effectively and maintain performance under load.  It supports Microsoft DirectStorage, which can reduce game texture loading times and improve performance in modern game engines.
